Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: The natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Digital Data Carrier: Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them for future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Right of Withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance (Hayes & Tate).
Distance Agreement: An agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to the conclusion of the agreement.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement and order established between the entrepreneur and the consumer via Hayes & Tate.com.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur. All products are subject to availability. Images are indicative; colors and textures may vary slightly due to digital display and the natural character of high-end textiles.
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the set conditions. The entrepreneur will confirm receipt electronically. The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders or attach additional conditions.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. This period begins the day after the consumer receives the product. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Exclusion is applicable to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or those customized to the consumer's specifications. This will be clearly stated in the offer.
All prices are listed in US Dollars ($), excluding any import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be collected by postal or courier services. Payment must be made via the methods offered at the time of the order.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the consumer. We aim to ship within 1–3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products meet the agreement and stated specifications. Any complaints regarding defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt via contact@hayesandtate.com. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or normal wear of luxury materials.
Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery. The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the consumer will be notified of the progress.
Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed by the law of the primary operating jurisdiction (The Netherlands/International), regardless of the consumer's place of residence.
